However, every Paris Platter includes the 10 salmon otoro pieces, 4 scallop nigiri, 8 sea urchin nigiri, scampi sashimi and tuna sashimi as listed above. The quantities of scampi and tuna sashimi are supplied according to our standard platter serving. Soy sauce, wasabi and other accompaniments may be provided separately.
