Our Seoul Platter combines rich, buttery salmon, tender tuna, delicate kingfish and naturally sweet scallops, carefully prepared and arranged for a beautiful presentation. Each nigiri is made with seasoned sushi rice and topped with premium seafood, creating a delicious balance of fresh flavour and traditional Japanese-inspired preparation.

5 Scallop Nigiri – Naturally sweet scallops served over seasoned sushi rice.
5 Kingfish Nigiri – Fresh kingfish slices served over seasoned sushi rice.
5 Salmon Nigiri – Premium salmon slices served over seasoned sushi rice.
5 Tuna Nigiri – Tender tuna slices served over seasoned sushi rice.
Total: 20 pieces of nigiri, plus a premium selection of salmon, tuna and kingfish sashimi.
Please Note: As our sushi and sashimi platters are freshly prepared by hand, individual pieces may vary slightly in size, shape and thickness. The arrangement and presentation may also vary slightly. However, every Seoul Platter includes the above mentioned quantity of nigiri pieces and all three sashimi varieties listed above. Soy sauce, wasabi and other accompaniments may be included separately and are not counted as part of the advertised seafood portion.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C. Consume as soon as possible after purchase or delivery for the best freshness and quality. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
