Cooking Instructions – Oven Baked Lobster Mornay
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Remove all packaging and place the Lobster Mornay on an oven-safe baking tray, shell side down.
Bake for approximately 10–12 minutes
Check that the lobster and sauce are heated thoroughly throughout and the cheese topping is melted and golden. Allow additional time if needed.
Carefully remove from the oven and allow to rest briefly before serving.
Serve with fresh lemon and your favourite side dishes.
